About West Property Group

---

Founded by Alex Beales after years of hands-on experience across the full construction lifecycle, including commercial and residential construction, client-side project management, and development management.

Our expertise lies in a founder-led, highly collaborative approach. Every project is handled directly with the company’s founder, ensuring clarity, accountability, and a genuinely personal working relationship, not a hand-off to layers of management.

We intentionally focus on boutique projects that demand considered thinking, flexibility, and attention to detail.

At West Property Group, we are dedicated to providing our clients with exceptional service and building long-lasting relationships based on trust and mutual respect.
