Superintendency
Our experienced superintendency services involve administering the head contract to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project requirements. As a superintendent, we act as an impartial intermediary, managing negotiations, resolving disputes, and facilitating communication between the principal and the contractor. Our role includes overseeing progress, assessing claims, certifying payments, and ensuring the project is delivered efficiently and in accordance with the agreed terms.
Construction
Our residential and commercial construction services include everything from single storey homes, townhouses, renovations, office buildings, childcare centres, and other commercial buildings up to $5M contract value.
